We recruit graduates to start in September and February each year. We offer a three year training agreement which couples external studies along with in-house training and monthly seminars. The training program is designed to enable our students to pass the ACA examinations first time and assignments in the office are organised to assist understanding as you progress through your ACA scheme of studies. As we are a general practice, trainees are exposed to a wide variety of interesting work in all areas including audit and tax. Each assignment varies and requires different thought processes to be put in action. Due to our size, trainees are given a lot of responsibility at an early stage and have direct contact with not only managers and partners but also clients.
